Premium California Foods is a family-owned and operated beef, lamb, and goat meat processing company. Our facilities are USDA certified and inspected; we hold ourselves to high food safety and animal welfare standards. We treat our animals with respect and our people like family.

As a local California family farm, we wanted better natural and wholesome foods in the cuts and styles that suit our needs. For many others alike, we desire more choices for our diverse diets and no compromises on quality and selection. We take pride knowing where our food comes from.
